3. Number Allocation and Ownership

While you are an active subscriber in good standing, you have the right to use the UK 0800 number allocated to you. Phone numbers are regulated resources and remain the property of the respective telecommunications authorities. You may port your number to another provider subject to standard industry regulations and provided your account is fully paid.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use our services to:

  • Violate any local, national, or international laws or regulations (including Ofcom guidelines).
  • Transmit any material that is abusive, harassing, tortious, defamatory, vulgar, pornographic, obscene, libelous, or otherwise objectionable.
  • Engage in spamming, phishing, or other fraudulent activities.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services.

5. Fees and Payment

You agree to pay all applicable fees related to your use of our services as described on our pricing page. We may change our pricing at any time by updating our website or notifying you via email.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event will Aancall LLC, or its suppliers or licensors, be liable with respect to any subject matter of this agreement under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other legal or equitable theory for: (i) any special, incidental or consequential damages; (ii) the cost of procurement for substitute products or services; or (iii) for interruption of use or loss or corruption of data.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
